The installation of NSK couplings with an anchor system must be carried out in accordance with the rules for the manufacture and installation of pipelines. An example of pipeline installation with these couplings is shown in the figure.
When installing NSK couplings without an anchor system, rigid installation of pipes is required.
In the case of a main underground pipeline, rigid fastening of the pipes is necessary only at the places of major changes in direction. Straight pipe sections in the soil are secured against displacement by the soil itself (only for pipelines with low pressure).
When installing couplings on above-ground pipelines, the following installation pattern for pipeline fasteners is possible.
As one of the methods for installing pipe supports in the joint area, you can use the installation of lugs with anchor bolts.
